Dela Cruz, Commissioner at the Climate Change Office of the Philippine President, held on the sidelines of the Asia-Pacific Climate Change Adaptation Forum.
The discussion focused on strengthening regional collaboration for climate resilience, youth engagement in carbon market mechanisms, and developing joint initiatives for capacity-building, knowledge exchange, and green innovation across Asia. Both sides emphasized the importance of empowering youth-led organizations to contribute to carbon neutrality goals, promote sustainable development, and enhance climate diplomacy in the region.
